Judy Gross, RN, CDONA/LTC:
Judy Gross, RN, C., CDONA/LTC, is an RN Consultant for LBK Health Care, Inc., a certified public accounting firm specializing exclusively in accounting and reimbursement services for the long-term health care industry.
Ms. Gross has over 30 years of experience in health care. She was previously a Director of Nursing in long-term care facilities and retirement communities. She has been instrumental in the development of specialty units including dementia and rehabilitation units and restorative programs. Ms. Gross has consulted with numerous facilities in accomplishing regulatory compliance as well as experience in completing “turn arounds” in facilities and teaching the RAI system.
Ms. Gross graduated from the Mercy School of Nursing in Hamilton, Ohio. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Gerontology and certified by the National Directors of Nursing Administration Association as director of nursing in long-term care. She is credentialed as a Resident Assessment Coordinator by the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC). She is a NADONA/LTC Academy of Fellows member. Ms. Gross was awarded the Ohio Health Care Association Director of Nursing of the Year Award in 1996. She received recognition from the Ohio House of Representatives in 1992.
Ms. Gross is currently Chair of the Ohio Health Care Association Council of Nurses and represents District VIII to the Board of Directors. She has served on the Miami Valley Long Term Care Association board which provides education for a fourteen-county area. Ms. Gross is a member of the Ohio Director of Nursing Association and the National Director of Nursing Association.
