Directions: From I-675 South, take Exit 2 - Centerville/Miamisburg/OH-725. Turn left onto Yankee Rd. and stay in the far left lane. Take the first left onto OH-725 and continue on toward the intersection at McEwen Rd. Turn left at the stoplight onto McEwen, and then after driving a short distance, turn right into the Liberty Retirement Community at 7300 McEwen Rd. Turn left through the parking lot in front of the nursing home and continue toward the last building located at 7445 Liberty Woods Lane. Look for signs - our offices are on the 2nd floor.
